DISCLAIMER

All Packages include a private online gallery where you can download the images of your choice. Images will be in your gallery to view and download for 30 days. Twenty21 Photography recommends backing up your images onto other formats so they are safe. Twenty21 Photography is not responsible for failure of any media device that you use. It is the client responsibility to keep copies of any photos. Please note, not all images taken will be sent to you or put into the gallery. I choose the best images to present. Twenty21 Photography retains the right of discretion in the choosing of the images to be presented to you. I do not keep any of the photos taken once edited. Twenty21 Photography is not responsible to fix clothing or hair with any flaws before the session starts, I will provide editing touchups to all images, but can not edit holes, wrinkles or other major discrepancies depending on the situation

*Twenty21 Photography will own all rights, title and interest in all photos.*

All fees include location settings unless otherwise listed, edited images, and images shared to an online gallery for you to download. I do not offer studio sessions at this time.

Down payment of $50 is required to hold your appointment. No refunds for cancelled sessions, but can reschedule with no extra fee.

Current session fees are subject to change, and will be updated on the website.

Session fees include all consultations.

CLIENT'S USAGE

The Client shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s digital files are for personal use only OR in accordance with an expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer. Digital files shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use without prior consent by Photographer, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer.

Twenty 21 Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Digital Images via print or other physical media only for non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Commercial-Use Clients shall only use the digital files in accordance with the expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer prior to use.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The Buyer may share blog post links and Facebook albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. All images posted on social media may require a direct link or credit towards Twenty 21 Photography if required by contract. Buyer also shall not significantly crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs.

PERMITTED USES

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

Display on personal websites and computers

Making image prints or other physical media for personal use.

COMMERCIAL USE

Promotion via website and social media as per written contract between Client and Photographer

Other promotional content with express written permission from the Photographer

PROHIBITED USES

The Client may not:

Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer

Use the Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner

Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks without express written permission from the Photographer

Neither Twenty 21 Photography nor Twenty 21 Photography vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.

LICENSE

All images are property of Twenty 21 Photography and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Twenty 21 Photography's clear permission to do so. Twenty 21 Photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.
